Hey there! Nicole here with something seriously cool to show you.
If you’ve been following Husky Halfway House for a while, you’ve seen how far this rescue has come. And if you’re excited about Pitsky Park, you’re going to love this glimpse into how it all began. I put together a video using Google Earth’s historical data—it’s like stepping into a time machine. You’ll see this incredible piece of property come to life.
Before the huskies landed. Before the buildings. Before the dream took shape. Before Pitsky Park became more than just an idea.
And now? It’s happening.
While I’ve got your attention, let me quickly introduce myself.
I’m Nicole—the graphic designer behind this website, a passionate supporter of Husky Halfway House, and someone who owes a whole lot to Jenni Dietsch.
Back in 2020, when the world felt uncertain and heavy, Jenni took a chance on me. I didn’t have experience, but I knew I needed to help—somehow. She saw that spark and handed me the tools. She taught me how to work the website, create graphics, and tell the incredible stories of the Halfway Huskies. And while she was teaching me, she was also sharing her wild dreams—businesses that would fund the rescue, spaces that would welcome adopters, and opportunities that could change everything.
Honestly? It all sounded impossible. Far-fetched, even. But Jenni believed in it with everything she had. And like so many people who’ve come to know her… that belief started rubbing off on me too. That’s when “all roads lead to rescue” stopped being a tagline—and became a truth I saw play out in real time.
Jenni is a force. Her heart beats for every dog that’s walked through H3, and her drive to fight for them is relentless. I’ve watched the H3 team go through more than most people could imagine—and yet they never stop. Never stop rescuing. Never stop building. Even when everything tries to stop them.
No one can take this away.
Now it’s time to build something sustainable. For the team. For the huskies.
Something that reaches beyond rescue—into the community, into homes, into hearts.
Something that teaches the next generation to fight for what matters.
Something that saves lives and leaves a legacy.
Pitsky Park is that something.
So check out the video. Share it. Dream with us. Because the future of rescue is being built right here—and you’re invited to be a part of it.
All roads lead to rescue. Till they all have homes.
