Welcome to Pitsky Park. By accessing or using our website, booking a cabin, or purchasing any services or merchandise, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Website Use

• Pitsky Park provides information about our facilities, events, lodging, and services.

• All content (text, photos, logos, products) is owned by Pitsky Park and may not be copied or used without permission.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

2. Cabin Bookings

• Reservations can be made directly through our website booking system.

• A non-refundable deposit of $20 per night is required to secure your booking. The balance is due at check-in.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival will not be charged beyond the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may be charged the full amount.

• Check-in and check-out times will be listed in your booking confirmation.

3. Cabin Use & Guest Responsibilities

• All cabins include private fenced yards and access to the shared bathhouse and communal kitchen. Cabins do not include in-unit plumbing.

• Cabins and facilities are dog-friendly, but pets must be supervised at all times. Aggressive or disruptive animals may be asked to leave.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to cabins, furnishings, fences, or communal areas.

• Smoking is not permitted inside cabins or bathhouse facilities.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

4. Liability & Safety

• Guests acknowledge that Pitsky Park is an active dog rescue and BMX park under development. By booking, guests accept that interaction with animals and use of outdoor facilities carries inherent risks.

• Pitsky Park and its affiliates are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, or theft during your stay.

• Guests participate in all activities and use facilities at their own risk.

5. Payments & Taxes

• All prices are listed in USD and subject to Oklahoma sales tax and lodging tax.

• Payments are processed securely through our website booking system.

6. Modifications & Termination

• Pitsky Park reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate accounts if Terms are violated.

• These Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the site or facilities constitutes acceptance of any changes.
