At HUSKR Fiber Co., we believe every Halfway Husky leaves behind more than paw prints.
What most people see as endless piles of husky fur, we see as an opportunity to tell a story. Fur collected from halfway huskies at Husky Halfway House is carefully gathered and transformed into keepsakes, yarn, apparel, blankets, and other one-of-a-kind products that carry a direct connection to the dogs who inspired them.
Every fiber begins with a rescue story. Some come from dogs still waiting for their forever homes. Others come from beloved members of the pack whose journeys touched thousands of lives. Each product is a way to preserve those stories while helping create new ones.
Not every fiber is destined to become clothing or keepsakes. Through our partnership with Matter of Trust, donated fur can also be repurposed into mats and filtration products that help absorb oil and support environmental cleanup efforts. It's a powerful reminder that even something as simple as a husky's shedding coat can make a difference far beyond the rescue.

Vivian arrived at Husky Halfway House in February 2022 alongside her brother Valentine, after being rescued from the Broken Arrow Animal Shelter. Like many huskies, Vivian had plans of her own. She was adopted, but her talent for finding her way over, under, or through a fence quickly earned her a return ticket back to rescue.
Since 2024, Vivian has remained part of the pack and has secured her place as one of H3's top escape artists. If there's a weakness in a fence line, Vivian will find it. If there's an adventure to be had, she's already halfway there.
This handcrafted Forever Fur Pawprint contains fur from Vivian and celebrates the journey of a dog who refuses to let a little thing like containment stand in the way of her dreams. She's still searching for the right home, preferably one that appreciates creativity, determination, and perhaps a very sturdy fence.
