Lets talk about the business of saving lives

If you’re here for the business side of H3, keep reading. If you’re here for the cute husky videos, just hit refresh throughout the day on our social media pages, you know we never disappoint.

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about our social media and how unreliable it’s become, starting with the discovery that Meta hasn’t been paying our subscriptions—to the tune of over $60k.

We do not make money on Facebook from our content.

Have you been with me since the beginning? FB has always been our main source of fundraising because there were so many monetized opportunities, and we were doing great… until we weren’t.

If you are paying to be subscribed to Jenni Dietsch or to the H3 page on FB, Meta is not giving us that money. That means you’re paying Meta to watch my content. I do have a legal battle in motion, but that will take a lot of time and a lot of upfront legal fees.

Because of that, my team and I are moving most of our content to Patreon and TikTok and YouTube. That’s where we are actually making the money we need to rescue—and to feed our own families.

Do you remember last year when we talked about H3 transitioning into the next phase of our lifesaving plan?

That time is finally here. We are ready to do bigger things.

I need funding. I want to build a community center here, and I already have a nationwide client base.

Have you heard about the wolf sanctuary that’s being forced to relocate or close?

That is exactly why I personally purchased the land in the photos—to build a community center that will remain as long as it’s needed. Watching rescues and sanctuaries fail over the years is scary, so I need to build something sustainable.

When I first bought this land, I was going to take the massive personal loan I put on myself and build a dog park café. That was my dream—a place that made drinks and food to support animal welfare.

Then, for the first time, I saw the reality of what goes on in rescue, and it stopped being a choice and became a calling to build the rescue first.

We did that. We built the rescue. Now it’s time to make sustainability happen.

I recently partnered with a mentor who is searching for a developer, investor, and future facility manager to help navigate this next phase. She’s also helping me recruit a vet team that wants to work with a whole lot of huskies and build a community spay/neuter program. I have an incredible space ready for a vet to rent.

My goal is to spay and neuter my entire town by 2030.

Check out the photos below.

We need adopters here, which means we need to bring people here. That’s why I chose USA BMX—a nationally recognized sport with a point system and a built-in membership base across the country. My own 16-year-old is in California right now at a national race that brings in thousands of people and millions of dollars—dollars that, guys, we can rescue with.

That brings people to our property. When those kids line up to race on our track, they will literally be looking at the husky dog park.

USA BMX very own track designer stood at the base of my property, up on the highway with a big smile on his face. I am already sanctioned and approved. Contracts are signed. I just need to build it, and they will come.

I will build the dog park café, but that non-lifesaving dream has to wait just a little longer.

I’m building a community center that brings people here from all over the country. USA BMX does exactly that. Because every road out there needs to lead to rescue. Everything we do needs to make the world better.

ALL ROADS LEAD TO RESCUE.

And no—USA BMX isn’t going to specifically rescue huskies. But if you can’t see the business plan that sustains the rescue, brings adopters from all over the country, and generates the income that keeps this mission alive, then you’re only here for the cute pictures.

I started this to save lives, and I plan to do it right. I’m in the business of saving lives—and this is how we’re going to do it.

If you made it this far, thank you. It means you truly care about the future and sustainability of Husky Halfway House and its lifesaving work. What you see in our videos doesn’t even begin to show what it takes behind the scenes to make it happen.

If you want to hear more about how I started the rescue, the business side, and my personal experiences on these rescue rides, join me on Patreon. Yesterday I shared Ian’s story—I want you to see it all. I’ll put the link in the comments.

Come hang out with me—especially those of you who’ve been here since the beginning. Ill see you there. #supportrescue #huskyhalfwayhouse
