Service Description
The Groom Room at Pitsky Park is built by Husky people, for Husky people. We’ve bathed more Huskies than we can count—hundreds, in fact—and every single one has taught us something new about patience, trust, and the art of the perfect blowout. Our state-of-the-art built-in grooming tub was designed with double coats in mind, making it easy to handle even the fluffiest rescue. Specializing in Huskies (and a few other double-coated breeds), we offer professional bath and blow-out services with the kind of gentle, experienced care only seasoned rescuers can give. Because here, every dog is treated like family—and every session is a step toward feeling free, clean, and loved.
Cancellation Policy
Vaccinations Required: Current Rabies and Bordetella vaccinations must be provided prior to service. Health Disclosure: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns before the appointment. Matted Coats: Severely matted coats may require shaving or extended sessions. Additional time and fees will apply. Sedation or Aggression: If your dog is aggressive or too stressed to complete grooming safely, we may stop the service at our discretion and charge for the time spent. Pickup Policy: Dogs must be picked up within 30 minutes of notification unless other arrangements are made. Policies Cancellations & Deposits: A $20 deposit is required at booking and applied to your total. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a deposit refund. No-shows or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals: Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled depending on the day’s schedule. Payment: Payment is due at pickup. We accept cash, card, or electronic payments. Safety & Comfort: Dogs showing signs of excessive stress or medical concern may be paused or stopped. We use positive handling — but muzzle when absolutely necessary for safety. Photos & Media: By booking, you consent to before-and-after photos and videos being used on social media, unless you opt out in writing.
