At Husky Halfway House, the snow doesn’t fall from the sky—it comes from the huskies.
In this heartwarming true story, rescued huskies discover that even the fluff they leave behind can make a difference. Their fur is gathered and transformed into useful products, and some of it is sent to help soak up oil spills and protect wildlife around the world.
Inspired by this mission, HUSKR Fiber Co. turns rescued husky fur into yarn, clothing, blankets, toys, and other products that help support rescue efforts and environmental cleanup.
Rooted in Rescue: A Furry Story teaches children that every life has value, every second chance matters, and even the smallest things can be turned into something meaningful.

  • The primary goal of this campaign is to fund the development of Pitsky Park through The Founding 100 and campaign merchandise sales. These funds support infrastructure improvements, site preparation, utilities, road access, the buildout of Pitsky Brew Co. USA BMX Headquarters and Café, and other development projects designed to create long-term sustainability for rescue.

    As a result, purchases made through this campaign, including Founder packages and merchandise, are not charitable donations and are not tax deductible.

    For supporters who specifically wish to make a tax-deductible contribution, Husky Halfway House is also accepting donations toward designated rescue-related infrastructure projects, including portions of the drainage and septic systems that directly support the care, housing, and well-being of the huskies living at the rescue.
